The beds were incredibly comfortable, making for restful nights. The hotel staff were exceptionally courteous, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere during my stay.

I enjoyed my stay here because it was a few steps from Ah-Nab-Awen Park and the Gerald Ford Presidential Museum, which made my city exploring so convenient and enjoyable. the staff were friendly and the breakfast was great, serving generous portions that fueled my weekend adventures.

My stay here exceeded expectations after my previous visit to grand rapids. The location is ideal, just a short walk to downtown. The restaurant offers great food and excellent service.

I stayed here for 2 nights and was blown away by the prime downtown location! The room was clean with comfortable beds, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring nearby attractions. The restaurant offered delicious food, though it could use a few more staff. Definitely a recommend!

The shuttle service made getting around easy and convenient. The restaurant had slow service and the food was just okay. I liked the happy hour specials.
